At Tacitus, every item is made to order specifically for you. This helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is produced with care.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Email us at support@tacitus.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
If the issue is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Change of Mind
As each item is produced to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges because:
- You ordered the wrong size
- You changed your mind
- You no longer want the item
Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue.
If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
