At Tacitus, every item is made to order. By producing only what is needed, we reduce waste and focus on craftsmanship over mass production.


Order Processing


All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–5 working days.
During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Delivery Times


Estimated delivery times are:


United Kingdom
Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch


Europe

Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days

Rest of the World
Estimated delivery: 7–20 working days


Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on customs procedures, local postal services and seasonal demand.


Delivery Charges


Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
From time to time, we may offer complimentary delivery on selected orders or promotional events.


Tracking Your Order


Where available, tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Delays


Whilst we work with trusted delivery partners, occasional delays can occur that are beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please get in touch and we'll be happy to assist.


Incorrect Delivery Address


Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional delivery charges may apply should the order need to be re-dispatched.


Lost or Damaged Orders


If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photographs (where applicable)

We'll investigate the matter and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
